In really happy news, I lost 5 lbs!! The writing (though I really failed through a hectic week last week) really works. Even with messing up last week (in writing not eating) I felt motivated not to repeat the bad habits of the week before. I haven't cut anything out, but I did cut back and got a little more balanced.
OK, I need some sleep! I just wanted to check in and maybe say see you later.

It seems to be a really intense time for so many these days. I hope whatever you decide, it will bring you closer to what you dream for yourself.

I love my friends and my connections but wonder about what else I could/should be doing with the time I spend in front of this keyboard. So I undertand your struggle...do what makes you heart feel good ! (I will miss you very much though !)

ReplyDeleteKim, it really is intense. My husband went from no work to 10 hour days. It's sped me up in a way that throws me way off balance. I'm also looking for a sense of authenticity plus I need to think about once a week or so instead of the pressure of daily and then not doing it. Too many things in my head, ugh!
