In really happy news, I lost 5 lbs!! The writing (though I really failed through a hectic week last week) really works. Even with messing up last week (in writing not eating) I felt motivated not to repeat the bad habits of the week before. I haven't cut anything out, but I did cut back and got a little more balanced.
